Polar training software is much more better to analyze and correct your training,
but if you want to navigate you must be have Garmin.

I actually also own this model of the Garmin Nuvi. I have to say I really have found it useful, especially in situations where traffic is very heavy and you need an alternate route. The voice is pleasant and gives you ample time to watch for the locations where you need to turn or estimate how much farther to go… and the price can’t be beat. I would also definitely recommend this product to any friends and family.

I have an older Polar heart rate monitor that I absolutely love. It tracks how many calories I burn during workouts and gives me a weekly log of my activities. This really helps motivate me. I wish it had the GPS functions though...the more stats I get the more motivated I become.
